My 25 years in marketing have given me a natural propensity for customer service. It taught me the ability to listen and observe my client's needs and to deliver beyond expectations. For me, a successful transaction is one in which you feel valued and respected during the process and are overjoyed with the result. I am a volunteer coach in my free time, and I help the players just as I would help my clients. First, we navigate the challenges; then, we relish the success.
