Robert Decker

Rob Decker knows real estate from breaking ground to popping the cork on a bottle of champagne at closing. First licensed on Oahu in 1990, Rob worked for Coldwell Banker & McCormick where he was awarded the Presidents Club Designation. In 1994 Rob started his own home remodeling company with the motto ' Never promise more than you can deliver and always strive to deliver more than you promise'. That kind of total commitment to his clients allowed Rob to grow his business solely on the referrals of his satisfied customers.

Investments made in the Big Island in the 1990's led Rob and his wife, Pam, to relocate from Oahu to the Island of Hawaii in 2003. The Deckers enjoy a lifestyle found only in Hawaii and love to share their aloha with all of their clients and soon-to-be friends. Rob feels honored to live on the Big Island and follows the Hawaiian protocol of asking permission and giving thanks whenever he enters into a business transaction. He does this both to honor the culture and land where he lives and to assist the clients he serves.
