Doreen Trudeau

I grew up on the East Coast, married a hotelier and have lived all over the country, the last 20 years of which have been in Hawaii. Having lived on Kauai, Maui, Oahu, and the Big Island I have an unparalleled, in-depth perspective of the real estate market state-wide. Prior to joining Venture Sotheby’s International Realty, I worked with a premier real estate firm on Oahu buying and selling luxury properties from Diamond Head to Portlock.

Before real estate, I worked in the executive search business, partnering with Fortune 500 companies to secure C-level executive talent. It is here that I honed my negotiating skills, discrete approach to client service, business savvy, and conviction rooted in exceeding expectations. Having bought, designed, renovated, and sold homes on each of Hawaii’s major islands (and many on the mainland), I bring a wealth of experience in construction, remodeling, landscape architecture, home design, and staging properties -- all of which I put to work to benefit my clients.
