Jonika chaired the West Hawaii Association of REALTORS® Young Professionals Network and the Professional Development Committee, and in 2019 was nominated for REALTOR® of the Year. She attends REALTOR® Action Day and Hawaii’s REALTOR® Legislation Day annually and was one of only 13 selected to participate in Hawaii Association of REALTORS® Leadership Academy out of thousands of agents.
Already a sharp and prepared negotiator, Jonika earned a highly specialized designation— Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE)— a skill that protects the financial interests of her clients at every stage of what is the most complex sale most people ever complete. She is also a designated Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource because diversifying her skillset is of the utmost importance if she is to see her clients through any economic climate.
Her passion is two-fold: Jonika simultaneously desires to be a progressive force in her field, raising standards of conduct and professionalism, while she relentlessly pursues her client’s dreams and investments. Her duty as a Real Estate Advisor is to navigate every stage of the process with her clients through crystal-clear communication and commanding expertise. After the sale is over she continues to extend her hand, offering herself as a resource for her clients for years to come.
