Kahili M. Hahn

Kahili was born and raised on the Big Island of Hawaii and grew up in the Puna district on a 9 acre farm. She graduated from Waiakea High School and followed her passion for art and design to the San Francisco Bay Area where she attended the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, obtaining a degree in fashion design. After spending some time in CA, she realized how lucky she was to have grown up in such an amazing place and chose to move home. Back on island, Kahili decided to begin helping others find their place in Hawaii. Licensed for the last 15 years, Kahili has gained extensive industry knowledge and experience, working through the Big Island real estate market cycles.

She has assisted Sellers and Buyers, from investors to retirement relocations, builders and Veterans, to market and purchase second and vacation homes, vacant land, and condominium and residential properties. Her favorite group to work with, however, are first time home buyers. Kahili loves to share her knowledge to help people who are looking to make the dream of homeownership a reality.

Kahili currently balances her career as a REALTOR with her love of the arts in many ways, such as costume and jewelry design, and lei and wreath making. She is excited to tackle any kind of creative design, or staging project and is happy to bring her creative eye into your home to aid in the marketing process. When she is not working, she loves to spend time outdoors, camping, paddling, swimming, riding motorcycles, and exploring the island with her 8 year old daughter. Kahili offers laidback, island-style service with lots of aloha.
