Monica Fassoth

Monica started her real estate career in 1993 in Indianapolis, IN. She received her broker's license in 1994 and transferred from residential to commercial where her strong background in commercial started. Since then, she has had the opportunity to travel and live in Hawaii, California and Alaska where she holds broker's licenses as well.
Monica's experience (1993-2021) includes residential, commercial, small industrial, raw land, special use, commercial real estate investments and real estate office management.
Monica contributes her success in real estate to gaining knowledge from past transactions and clients, mentors and ongoing continuing education. Her sincerity in serving others is obvious. Assisting them to make informed decisions during the real estate transaction continues to provide enthusiasm for the next opportunity.

Monica considers herself fortunate to be back in Hawaii where her family history originates with the sugar cane industry on the islands of Kauai and Maui in the early 1900's.
Monica and her family live in Kailua-Kona.
