She attends REALTOR® Action Day and Hawaii’s REALTOR® Legislation Day annually and was one of only 13 selected to participate in Hawaii Association of REALTORS® Leadership Academy out of thousands of agents.
Already a sharp and prepared negotiator, Jonika earned a highly specialized designation— Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE)— a skill that protects the financial interests of her clients at every stage of what is the most complex sale most people ever complete. She is also a designated Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource because diversifying her skillset is of the utmost importance if she is to see her clients through any economic climate.
